Month, Day: 172, Sovereignty, Power (Beauty)
Gleanings, 84: He is a true believer in Divine unity who, far from confusing duality with oneness, refuseth to allow any notion of multiplicity to becloud his conception of the singleness of God, who will regard the Divine Being as One Who, by His very nature, transcendeth the limitations of numbers.

We are not idempotent?
Month, Day: 169, Beauty, Knowledge (Justice)
There are many ways to discuss this, however let's just consider a few thoughts, for now.
Ever observe how some of the upper classes (to be described, but of many ilks and origins) seem to favor this idea [of specialness]. Abilities are not all the same. We know this, and we know there is good reason [see the Master on economic justice, for instance]. But, too, God especially loves the poor man who doesn't bewail (again, Aqdas, Middle way) [there are many ways to serve; gigantic remuneration is not a necessary attribute of the contributive value].
---
In essence, all work is worship. Those who are in the upper crusts ought to respect those who serve them. Those whose lot is to [be a] server ought to do so graciously (perhaps, pondering about kings) [where are the devotional attitudes about work - at its lowest -- written by one who has worked at ALL levels].
---
So, where does idempotent come in? As we've learned to abstract better (one of the gifts of the Revelation), we've built up modeling prowess. Of course, that involves definitions and more. We know that stability can be observed in many parts of nature, though it is puzzling just how quickly things can go awry given the right conditions (ever been under a tornado?). Irreversible processes abound. [So, we've discovered several forces that limit:: central tendencies, fixed points, ...]
In human affairs, if the lower ones keep their peace about being exploited, things can go smoothly [ah, think of the afterlife was one counsel by the priestly class]. Those did [keep their peace], for a long while (all sorts of things kept the truth from arising [-- the growing ball and chain of indebtedness camouflaged by supposedly the never-ending ATM of the house]). This last downturn was an example of a house of cards falling down. Those who were most hurt were the ones least responsible for the idiocy (tell it like it is -- and, lessons to be learned were ignored, setting us up for other go-rounds). Those who were responsible, many times, were bailed out [the rogues' mischievous ways continue]. And, they seem to be ready for another bit of games. Again, O Lord, where is the relief from the idiots?
---
But, being reflective, we're all individuals, created in the Image (in fact, we're to exhibit the conditions of maturity -- one of which is neither a follower nor leader be). So, things like Independent Investigation of the Truth need attention; how are we to be autodidact, for instance?
In the grand scheme (or, perhaps, from a certain view), we are all 'idempotent' (yet, I suspect not - mind you, we're not talking being non-humble, rather trying to be audacious in opening doors that have been left too long closed) in a sense. Within Their Realm, we're told that They are Idempotent (is not it counseled to consider each [of the Manifestations] as the same Sun[, different place on the horizon of rise]?).
---
From another view, we ought to be talking 'residue' (as in, by what degree not idempotent?) which raises the question, against what? Now, that is a Key issue (one role of the Manifestation).
Remarks:
07/20/2015 -- See post Susan Gamage's blog (... Elders find a place ...?). Old or young (makes me think of Cat Stevens - oh sorry - Yusuf)? It was 50 years ago, in May, that I first heard of the Faith (declared 48 years ago, SF). At that time, I was a "youth" (still am, at heart - cannot think that I'm over 18 until I look in a mirror - we're all Children of God, no matter the age). Too, I was iconoclastic; still am (whether that is fortunate or not is an open issue). What I have seen in the past few decades is, up close, that generational dynamics continually swirl (there is the bit (in the Writing) about the sword that makes a cut - one of the later Tablets). Yet, this must be (otherwise, we would have been given means to remove the elders); so, the Faith needs to get with it (actually, the Catholics are ahead of us in that sense -- BTW, my heritage with priests, nuns, what have you -- apple of the Bab's eye). ... This is cursory, mainly meant to leave a pointer to future discussion.
04/03/2015 -- This is a popular post. See NDEers for a bit of audacity.
09/30/2013 -- More of a technical nature.
05/11/2012 -- We can use abstractions; they are never close to the Writings, though, from which we can pull lessons for ourselves and our practices, including science.

There are many ways to discuss this, however let's just consider a few thoughts, for now.
- Masses? Indistinguishable faces in a large crowd? One could go on about humanity in a non-flattering way. History does this [sort of thing]. We have the few who leave some record, are written about, seem to make a splash, and more. Then, we have the innumerable others [6B, more or less]. Well, Christ did talk about several juxtapositions, such as first will be last, and so forth. When we look at bifurcations, though, such as the 1% (or less) and the 99% (or more), this type of thing is evident [measurable deltas and their epsilons]. Yet, put your hand into a crowd, pull one [person] out, and apply a proper measure (we'll get to this later). Everyone [from such sampling] the same? No [many differences, as we all know]. Yet, we can argue that the differences are insignificant [close enough]. So much to pursue in this vein.
- Workers, following the above [bullet]. Are these not mere resources for the exploitation by those with the 'bread' whose collective being is just a bunch of mass? Yes, are these not replaceable entities whose source seems to never dry up, especially when national borders can be breached in order to enlarge the availability (ala the colonization of capitalism)? Put your hand in a bucket of workers? See any difference? [though, we all consider ourselves irreplaceable, in some way]
- Hours, days. Don't they seem to roll into one another? For many, they're the same from day to day, at least during the work week. That is, given the prior bullet, many are in a form of servitude that seems to be interminable [worse than slavehood, in a sense]. Too, somehow, the game as defined (again, by those who have the wherewithal to do so) works toward increasing the bonds [bindings], in other words, the ball and chain of indebtedness. But, we know that each moment is different if only we could see. But, 'exigencies' demand the attentions and the energies, seemingly ad infinitum. Where, O Lord, is the deliverance (or, how to show Valley Four's importance?)?
Ever observe how some of the upper classes (to be described, but of many ilks and origins) seem to favor this idea [of specialness]. Abilities are not all the same. We know this, and we know there is good reason [see the Master on economic justice, for instance]. Operationally oriented
Month, Day: 169, Splendour, Names (Majesty)
Month, Day: 169, Splendour, Might (Independence)
We're into the first day of the Operational. The just past Group (Teleological) ended with Perfection. Of course, we're in a month of the Transcendent (baffles the brights).
The first attribute of Operational, Names, implies structure. We've said that before (and will get back into this). Then, the next ones, Might and Will, are related to actions on (or by) those structures, implying, in part, motion.
---
So, two thoughts on action.
SAQ #63: This state of motion is said to be essential—that is, natural; it cannot be separated from beings because it is their essential requirement, as it is the essential requirement of fire to burn.
Of course, as it says, one action is to remember those who have passed on. Pray for the departed.
SAQ #62: As the spirit of man after putting off this material form has an everlasting life, certainly any existing being is capable of making progress; therefore, it is permitted to ask for advancement, forgiveness, mercy, beneficence and blessings for a man after his death because existence is capable of progression.
---
Of course, there are many more actions, almost an endless set, given all the possible permutations. Objects? We have only a glimmer of these, mainly having discovered those within the scope of our filters, both natural and scientific.
But, remembrance of people past has several implications that we'll get into at some point. It'll be brought to the fore, by necessity.
Remarks:

Reckoner II
Month, Day: 168, Loftiness, Might (Glory)
We're into the Operational of the Groups. It is nice, since the whole thing implies doing something (action). Except, it starts out with Names which relates to structure (does it not?). Also, we're heading to the new release of our measure.
---
Gosh, we've been about three years away from the technical, so it's time. For instance, Reckoner was used in the context of some ACM work. Now, thanks to it being the 100th (ACM's coverage) of Alan M. Turing, we can get back to this and be a little more serious (and audacious).
One of the articles is by Leeds' professor S. Barry Cooper and is titled (1912 focus): Turing's Titanic Machine? (fortunately, the article is open to public use) In this article, Prof Cooper runs through the issues related to incomputable which we'll look at in detail. Too, he points to areas that will be of importance.
---
As a reminder, the whole audacious theme is a railing against several viewpoints, such as reductionism as it applies to computing. What we see has developed is a framework that is shaky at its core; yet, it shines so much like a chimera as to draw the highly intelligent into its grasp. To paraphrase what I've written elsewhere: with the advance of computation, we have let the genie out of the bottle in an irreversible manner.
One approach here seemed to be a relook at some issues that relate to topology (loosely used).
---
Now, this discussion is within the context of Faith & Science. One proposal would be that there be another bullet dealing with computation and nature (however phrased). Surely, there has been some type of study in this area; if not, the fact that we could provide support for the quasi-empirical view from the Writings for fostering a middle-out approach (to wit, blind/delusional polarity) might be a motivation.
---
Turing is quoted as saying (see Prof Cooper's article): ...if a machine is expected to be infallible, it cannot also be intelligent. There are several theorems which say almost exactly that.
The discussion page of the Faith & Science article (Wiki) had a go-around about inerrancy (related to infallibility, in part). Consider that the information transfer (you see, all sorts of scientific progress related to computation is useful) implied by instruments, such as the Writings, can be put into a 'machine' concept.Yet, not. That gap is amenable to some type of rectification, albeit limited, which will allow for a better foundational view (why else the emphasis on Science in the Faith?).
Remarks:
08/08/2013 -- Perfection/Perfection.
10/17/2012 -- There is a lot to reflect on, about the trip, especially the western loop.
04/14/2012 -- Thornton Chase is an example of several things that will be discussed this year.
03/30/2012 -- Interesting video on self-transcendence. Pay attention to the last three minutes.
03/11/2012 -- Must mention that psychether will be a central theme. The intuition has been emboldened by the passing of an older brother. I haven't characterized the experience yet, but looking at the CH dreams serves as a proxy until such is attempted.

The Groups
Month, Day: 168, Splendour, Honour (Justice)
Since we're in the first month of the first Group, it seemed time to collect things about the Groups (four of four months each, with one of three months - which would be four if the Intercalary period was added).
Within each month, there is a recurrence with a square day.
Aside: these groups are one of many types but are operationally effective, in a sense; however, the cleaving not done by the sword.
Remarks:
03/11/2020 -- Still doing Groups (patterns).

The depths
Month, Day: 167, Questions, Perfection (Grace)
Enshrined in the calendar is that Questions are foundationally the basis for science. We're at the depths, now going into using the last part of the yearly measure until we get another dose with the start of 168. While doing so, we'll go Motivational, Ascendant, and then Transcendent.

Power of science
Month, Day: 167, Power, Splendour (Majesty)
We're in the Motivational period for 167. Remember, we started with the Transcendent, then had the Teleological, and just finished the Operational. This period will end with Honour, at which point we'll start the Ascendant toward the refreshing of the next year.
---
Had thought to use capital 'S' but did not for reasons that may be of interest at some point.
We are to know, and obey, the Manifestations who inform us by Writings, their Selves, and their System. That is the personal motivation.
Now, we apply science to tear things down, looking for truth, with an associated task of putting things back together.
What can science tell us about the Manifestation?
Discussion of these types of items will continue throughout Power and the Motivational period.
Remarks:
11/16/2010 -- What can science know?
11/05/2010 -- We are encouraged to excel at what we do, that is, God likes people to vie, peacefully. (If God has so willed, He might have made you a single community, but [He has not done so] that He might test you in what He has given you; so compete in goodness. Qu'ran, 5:48) Progress comes from that. So, can applying Principles from the Faith improve the scientific process and its results? One way that this could happen would be insights obtained via the principles. Have we seen that yet?

Will and knowing
Month, Day: 167, Perfection, Knowledge (Majesty)
Yesterday, we saw Will come up after the long sequence through the Transcendent and Teleological groups.
Will, the third of the Operational, is so important for autonomous action (including Audacity).
And, one principle guidance is the Twin duties pair, namely knowing and then obeying. We are given the means, and Might, to follow through properly. Yet, what says this for the proper framework for science?
Valley of Contentment: Although to outward view, the wayfarers in this Valley may dwell upon the dust, yet inwardly they are throned in the heights of mystic meaning; they eat of the endless bounties of inner significances, and drink of the delicate wines of the spirit.

Words
Month, Day: 167, Words, Questions (Justice)
Several metaphors have been used for the immensity of Words, and is there any better than ocean?
We know that 'words' can be as waves, suggesting the transient. Though, there are dangers that can result from the effect of words, they are necessary in a constructive sense.
So, how do we get structure? Well, this month is on the other side of Perfection from Names which time is the transition from the Teleological to the Operational.
Names bring structure to the fore for us and our uses.
...
With Perfection, and August, we have a congruence of the eighth months. Actually, this start of the month agreement is the only one in the year. What is the significance of 8/1?
Remarks:
07/31/2010 -- All types of meaning of Words come into play. From the Transcendent onward (or outward). Then, those involved in human interplay, on the psychether onward (and outward) to that related to the otogenic apparati, need attention. Patterns? The Key, and more.
07/30/2010 -- Patterns, as examples of types of structure, are apropos.

Enlightenment
Month, Day: 167, Grandeur, Mercy (Glory)
We'll have a theme this year, for several reasons.
For one, last year's was looking at the Groups. Then, we ought to ponder this: prior to the events of the Manifestations, the western world underwent a transformation, of several sorts.
Since there are Teleological implications to consider, we'll let that Group (we're now in the Transcendent) be the focus. As we know, the Group starts with Light which has so many aspects. Actually, just as electromagnetic theory likes its Hilbert notions, so too do the spiritual characteristics exist unbounded.
And, we'll use the American side for focus for this analysis (which age followed en-light-en-ment). Consider, universal education was a tenant (and ideal) of the en-light-en'd Puritanical view.
Also, the whole issue of Audacity (major theme here), and its non-mentor'd parallel (except, the only ones of this state truly are the Manifestations), will be re-framed using metaphorically motivated (another Group) notions from the Enlightenment's contributions as the core.
Note that the temporal flavor is an artifact (which are allowed for illustration, see SAQ and Valley Four) that will be superimposed upon the Writings. Or, is it that the Writings are the superposed? There is more to consider than 'propositional' concerns.
You see, the arguments concerning use of the Writings for foundational purposes remain open to demonstration. How? And, to what extent? And, at what point does there need to be overview through the workings of the Administrative order? Plus, 'light' and its basis, for computation and imagination and more, are on the table.
To what depth can all this be penetrated this year?
Modified: 05/23/2010

Transcendent Knowledge and Power
Month, Day: 167, Beauty, Knowledge (Beauty)
Month, Day: 167, Beauty, Power (Perfection)
Aqdas (#81): O kings of the earth! The Most Great Law hath been revealed in this Spot, this scene of transcendent splendour. Every hidden thing hath been brought to light by virtue of the Will of the Supreme Ordainer, He Who hath ushered in the Last Hour, through Whom the Moon hath been cleft, and every irrevocable decree expounded.
Of interest is to read forward a few more paragraphs, especially the counsel that 'hearts' are of chief interest which seems to be antithetical to those who are wont to wield power over more than their own selves.

Transcendent Independence
Month, Day: 167, Beauty, Beauty (Independence)
The third of the Transcendent group (first use of these) has started.
Firstly, a notion of the Station.
Aqdas (#142): Verily, He revealed certain laws so that, in this Dispensation, the Pen of the Most High might have no need to move in aught but the glorification of His own transcendent Station and His most effulgent Beauty. Since, however, We have wished to evidence Our bounty unto you, We have, through the power of truth, set forth these laws with clarity and mitigated what We desire you to observe. He, verily, is the Munificent, the Generous.
To none is given this, even royalty and peerage (a new thing to study, given its importance to what we see in the economic domain).
Aqdas (#72): It is forbidden you to trade in slaves, be they men or women. It is not for him who is himself a servant to buy another of God’s servants, and this hath been prohibited in His Holy Tablet. Thus, by His mercy, hath the commandment been recorded by the Pen of justice. Let no man exalt himself above another; all are but bondslaves before the Lord, and all exemplify the truth that there is none other God but Him. He, verily, is the All-Wise, Whose wisdom encompasseth all things.
There will be an economic flavor, as modern corporate life, for the many, is not much more than a type of bondage. That is, for all, except the CEO and a few others.
The trouble is that the lessening of any grasp of the real Operational aspects, through the advancement of mathematics via computation, has bound us all into some type servitude. The epitome of this? Zombies willingly attuned to elsewhere and when (the opposite of the here and now) via addiction to the electronic beasts and their cloud'd overseer.
Another topic will deal with Independence for us, mainly Independent Investigation of the Truth.

Transcendent topology
Month, Day: 167, Glory, Knowledge (Grace)
Month, Day: 167, Glory, Power (Justice)
Consider Aqdas (#144): All things proceed from God and unto Him they return. He is the source of all things and in Him all things are ended.
Simple enough. We are to show the operational aspects of this and to define the benefits thereof.
And, the work is for the believers who are those aware of the twin duties (and their kin) as well as being for the non-believers who are not subsumed under the brights, necessarily, as many may just not be amenable to being mentored (in general, the autodidact).
So, now being short, consider the arguments concerning underdetermination. Some concepts are 'too blunt' to support determination, and progress has come from sharpening the blade (Occam's is an example) and from adding to our observable set (limits here are too easily identified).
How the larger picture is filled in, without the Key, can be problematic. Which leads to the above quote that deals with 'from whence' among other things.
As well, a re-iteration is in order: Transcendent --> Teleological --> Operational --> Motivational --> Ascendant.
Notice, please, that Operational is the balancing feature.

Transcendent Glory
Month, Day: 167, Glory, Glory (Glory)
Month, Day: 167, Glory, Beauty (Beauty)
SAQ (54): For the Word does not signify the body of Christ, no, but the divine perfections manifested in Him. For Christ was like a clear mirror which was facing the Sun of Reality; and the perfections of the Sun of Reality—that is to say, its light and heat—were visible and apparent in this mirror. If we look into the mirror, we see the sun, and we say, “It is the sun.” Therefore, the Word and the Holy Spirit, which signify the perfections of God, are the divine appearance. This is the meaning of the verse in the Gospel which says: “The Word was with God, and the Word was God”; for the divine perfections are not different from the Essence of Oneness. The perfections of Christ are called the Word because all the beings are in the condition of letters, and one letter has not a complete meaning, while the perfections of Christ have the power of the word because a complete meaning can be inferred from a word. As the Reality of Christ was the manifestation of the divine perfections, therefore, it was like the word. Why? Because He is the sum of perfect meanings. This is why He is called the Word.
We have three more and then the Teleological before getting into the Operational.

Ascendant to Transcendent
Month, Day: 166, Dominion, Dominion (Justice)
Couldn't pass up having a post on this square day. We're heading to the last month of 166 (and the renewal of energies). With the three Ascendant months and the four Transcendent months, we have almost a third of the year devoted to things than cannot be reduced.
Isn't that great?
Then, we have the reducible, to an extent, and usable, with the other three groups: Teleological, Operational, and Motivational.
So, the theme will continue, as how can we apply knowledge of the Key? How long will this take? Well, I'm not racing against the anyone's clock (though, it's to be within PTIME, I hope).
---
Reminder, about Revelation, Aqdas (#37): Whoso layeth claim to a Revelation direct from God, ere the expiration of a full thousand years, such a man is assuredly a lying impostor.
Easy enough.
Too, somehow, the abstracted has led us astray. How to reclaim the fact that human intuition, and natural bases, are more grounded? That is, Creation-based science.
Remarks:
03/11/2020 -- Still doing Groups (patterns).
03/21/2011 -- Year 165, Year 166, Year 167, Year 168
04/21/2010 -- We need to upgrade to a Transcendent Topology.

Revelations
Month, Day: 166, Dominion, Honour (Perfection)
One of the longest chapters in the SAQ, (#11), deals with the Revelation of St. John: In the day of the manifestation of the Lord of Hosts, and at the epoch of the divine cycle of the Omnipotent which is promised and mentioned in all the books and writings of the Prophets—in that day of God, the Spiritual and Divine Kingdom will be established, and the world will be renewed; a new spirit will be breathed into the body of creation; the season of the divine spring will come; the clouds of mercy will rain; the sun of reality will shine; the life-giving breeze will blow; the world of humanity will wear a new garment; the surface of the earth will be a sublime paradise; mankind will be educated; wars, disputes, quarrels and malignity will disappear; and truthfulness, righteousness, peace and the worship of God will appear; union, love and brotherhood will surround the world; and God will rule for evermore—meaning that the Spiritual and Everlasting Kingdom will be established. Such is the day of God. For all the days which have come and gone were the days of Abraham, Moses and Christ, or of the other Prophets; but this day is the day of God, for the Sun of Reality will arise in it with the utmost warmth and splendor.
How many today posses such insight as shown by St. John? Is it not appropriate to suggest that everyone does?
As mentioned in the Gleanings (#5): The whole duty of man in this Day is to attain that share of the flood of grace which God poureth forth for him. Let none, therefore, consider the largeness or smallness of the receptacle. The portion of some might lie in the palm of a man’s hand, the portion of others might fill a cup, and of others even a gallon-measure.
One has to accept that many who are of talent go astray bringing oodles of people with them along the paths to perdition. Is this how we learn?
---
The theme of trying to describe some notion of the Manifestation will continue, albeit more slowly than not, to the end of fostering an improvement scheme for the everyman.
We are beyond the time of the Presence, yet how apropos is the following now? Gleanings (#124): It is for this reason that, in those days, no man shall ever stand in need of his neighbor.
We have seen the deleterious effect of the power; when will science demonstrate a more balanced framework (being discussed, of course)?

Mentors
Month, Day: 166, Dominion, Splendour (Beauty)
There was an earlier suggestion that we need to think about, though we cannot comprehend, the various states of the Manifestations, who are Key, since we have been allowed Questions (science).
Notice SAQ #25: In the Gospel of John, in speaking of the Promised One Who was to come after Christ, it is said in chapter 16, verses 12, 13: “I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak.” Then, there is an explanation.
How does this happen? Is there any similarity with normal human existence? That is, are we allowed any semblance of knowing.
What about action? We all have some notion about puppetry. Is this not the motivation behind indoctrination?
These questions are such as an autodidact would bring forward; independent investigation of the truth necessitates the autodidact which essentially consists a mentor-less state.
Yet, how can one actually be mentor-less? Our parents are our first mentors (SAQ #57). In fact, they set the stage for our lives, in many ways that are permanent. If they have done a good job, it leaves one in a condition of standing on the shoulders of giants (thanks, Isaac).
In this regard, too, the counsel of God loving those who works in groups (paraphrase) applies from several perspectives. One that needs further explanation is foundational (the future - psychether).
By the way, have you thanked your parents lately (SAQ #62)?
Consider that the Glory's parents died early so that he was raised by his uncle which resulted in a different mentoring situation. Teleologically important? Reducing a type of influence? Perhaps, it was a grace to them, disallowed any erroneous motions (free will, this side).
In any case, the usual 'mentor' dynamic, of the normal human experience, did not happen. However the operational aspects unfolded, we can only know pieces. One important thing? No matter how real any similar circumstance may appear to be, it cannot be the case, according to the thousand year rule.
Now, this discussion mainly points to the time when science (ah, Brights?) will have accepted some categorical difference between humans and other creatures and when they try to attempt to use this knowledge. Somehow, limits must be fully described and supported scientifically. As mentioned earlier, for those things not in the Writings (and we do not know this yet),
the Universal House of Justice will be central.

Meaning of life
Month, Day: 166, Sovereignty, Names (Justice)
Month, Day: 166, Sovereignty, Will (Independence)
The Ascendant group corresponds to the time of looking forward to thaws and longer days.
The change in the Mystical teachings subsection is interesting, for several reasons, including Audacity.
So, notions about Return are really about recurrence which we see everywhere. Notions of 'reincarnation' may relate to lessons taught by thermodynamics.
In essence, science is how we learn what God wants us to know.

Underdetermination
Month, Day: 166, Honour, Names (Independence)
Of course, the question here is: can we move away from having the underdetermined abound around us?
SAQ #83: Therefore, there is no standard in the hands of people upon which we can rely.
Hubris is one reason for not accepting an extension of the Incompleteness Theorem. Pure operational confidence is another. Yet, many flounder. That is, even of the brights, we would probably find a substantial number who would accept that the best stance is what Pascal described so aptly, not the more in-your-face stance that has been so vehemently offered, of late.
The Key will continued to be explored both in attribute and utility.
Aside: Of late, there has been interest in planets nearly like the earth. There was a point in time when such comments would have been verboten. But, science and the related views do change as facts firm up.
Remarks:
01/25/2012 -- Yes, still at it. Ready to be more audacious. What we're looking for has to do with mind; at some point, it will be allowed by science that we can observe effects (actually, predict, to boot - one step forward will be a more insightful mathematics).
05/17/2011 -- Stephen gets press.
05/09/2011 -- We need a constructive re-look.
04/21/2010 -- We need to upgrade to a Transcendent Topology.
03/10/2010 -- A duty, know the Transcendent.

Questions and more
Month, Day: 166, Questions, Honour (Beauty)
Month, Day: 166, Questions, Sovereignty (Perfection)
Questions never end and recur with several patterns. Too, with Questions, we have the basis for our knowledge and science. Now that we're on the Ascendant side toward Honour, we ought to consider a basis for audacity.
This will take some time, but let's consider the importance of Some Answered Questions (SAQ). Notice the topics covered in the Contents. The first section deals with the influence of the Manifestation (SAQ #1) on human progress. What is a Manifestation? How comes the influence?
The first question invokes the Twin duties, yet there is an operational theme involved, to boot. That second question will take longer to answer as it is a motivation for audacity. Not that the first is easy.
However, looking at the first question, for now, we can dispatch it in part by referencing the Attributes which is an uncountable set. Yet, we were given the nineteen recurring for some reason leading to thoughts like Transcendence and Ascendant.
Given that we can juxtapose, despite arguments by the Brights, what comes up in this context will be delusion and futility. You see, those of the denial side will apply the delusional label for any beyond an extremely limited operational viewpoint where those of certain neuropeptidergic and cellular traits reign with help from their ever-growing artifacts that are based both in thought and matter.
For those who do understand or comprehend (see below), we see from Search that it's endless, in fact, the 4th implies a certain type of imposed limitation. Yet, it's not futile as we are always encouraged to seek (Questions, of course! Too, acts over words).
Aqdas #186: Say: This is the Dayspring of Divine knowledge, if ye be of them that understand, and the Dawning-place of God’s commandments, if ye be of those who comprehend.
Ultimately, and soon, we'll have a collection of thoughts of the Manifestation's life and purpose. We can start with Abraham (Knowledge) and Moses (Veiled from this was Moses). Then, we will look at some existential issues related to the theme.
