We're in the time of the new energy, the yearly measure. Do we have to budget this?

Approaching is Riḍván, the twelve-day festival that ought to have a slew of information for science and knowledge. How can we set the stage for this type of study, beyond audacity? All Names Manifest was one effect from this period in the spring of 1863.
