No White House, Congress

Month, Day: 178, Honour, Perfection (Majesty)

During his visit in  1812, the Master made it to the White House, but President (and cousin) Taft bailed. The Master also did not make it to Congress. 

    At 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue

But, the Library of Congress received a visit. Significances abound.
