On evolution

Month, Day: Sovereignty, Knowledge (Independence)

Where will audacity take us? Something worth a lot of thought deals with evolution. The SAQ's first section is titled "ON THE INFLUENCE OF THE PROPHETS IN THE EVOLUTION OF HUMANITY" which starts to lay the groundwork. The fourth section, on "ON THE ORIGIN, POWERS AND CONDITIONS OF MAN", addresses particulars, such as whether or not species modify as is currently expected to be the case for the human race as resulting from a primate forebear.

For instance, in the sense of time, it is said that "since man was produced ten or a hundred thousand years ago from these earthly elements" we can expect that with the same conditions in a "thousand million years" that "exactly the same man will exist."

So, what we can get out of that from the sense of founding an operational view can be an interesting topic. One key issue is that the 'Prophets' are influential by various means; can we know of these and effectively apply that knowledge?

US Inauguration

Month, Day: Sovereignty, Splendour (Perfection)

It is interesting that the Inauguration of the US President happens in the month of Sovereignty.

Of course, there are many ways to exhibit this attribute; not the least of which is to apply it to our very own selves.

This is the 2nd from last of the months.

Gleanings: To none is given the right to act in any manner that would run counter to the considered views of them who are in authority. That which He hath reserved for Himself are the cities of men’s hearts; and of these the loved ones of Him Who is the Sovereign Truth are, in this Day, as the keys.

Month, Day: Honour, Honour (Majesty)

Each month has the diagonal day; these may have some interesting properties. But, we need to continue looking at what we can know and how we do so.

Seven Valleys: "How strange that while the Beloved is visible as the sun, yet the heedless still hunt after tinsel and base metal."

Honour of science

Month, Day: Honour, Knowledge (Perfection)

As a gift, science allows us to question and to know; too, we can found the audacious view that will be almost antithetical, in a sense, to the normal. This view would, of course, use the Writings such as the 7V4V.

Seven Valleys: "to the end that every man may testify, in himself, by himself, in the station of the Manifestation of his Lord, that verily there is no God save Him, and that every man may thereby win his way to the summit of realities, until none shall contemplate anything whatsoever but that he shall see God therein."
